Kasia is an authority on cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) and cognitive behavioural coaching. She is the co-author of a book entitled ‘Understanding CBT: Develop Your Own Toolkit to Reduce Stress and Increase Well-being’ and she has also published various chapters and articles on different topics including: stress and burnout; fear of flying; expectations students have of training; the application of cognitive behavioural therapy and coaching.
